Rock County nonprofit professional will serve donors and advisory boards in Rock, Walworth and southern Dane counties
Andrew Galauner has joined the Community Foundation of Southern Wisconsin as a Donor Services Representative. He began October 26 and works from the Foundation’s Janesville office at 1446 N. Randall Avenue.
Galauner serves the Foundation’s Southeast Region: Rock, Walworth, and southern Dane counties. He works with individual donors, organizations, and the Community Fund and Excellence in Education advisory boards there, helping donors establish and manage charitable funds and bequests and supporting the volunteer boards through their annual grant cycles. The donor services team is the daily point of contact between the Foundation and the people whose funds support local nonprofits, scholarships, and community projects.
Galauner comes to the Foundation from YWCA Rock County, most recently as Community Engagement and Service Center Manager. He oversaw the organization’s Community Service Center and welcome desk, managed donor records and volunteer programs, and coordinated event partnerships with more than 50 community organizations and vendors. He joined the YWCA in 2022 as Communications and Development Coordinator.
“Andrew brings a wealth of nonprofit experience and strong connections across the region, and both will serve him well here at the Foundation,” said Wyatt Jackson, President and CEO of the Community Foundation of Southern Wisconsin. “We are glad to have him on the team.”
Galauner is also an active volunteer in his community. He is immediate past chair of the Greater Beloit Chamber of Commerce Ambassador Club, a board member at large of Beloit Rising Professionals, and a volunteer with the Back to School Community Health Fair Committee. The Chamber named him Paulette Christensen Ambassador of the Year in 2025, and Beloit Rising Professionals recognized him with its Community Connector Award in June.
“Andrew will be a great asset to the donor services team,” said Linda Gebhardt, Director of Donor Services. “I am looking forward to working with him.”
Galauner holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and completed the Rock County Leadership Development Academy in 2024.
