Donor Services Representative - Platteville Office/Southwest Region

This full-time (37.5 hours/week) position works directly with Community Fund Boards, organizations and individual donors to attract and manage charitable gifts and bequests, maintaining and enhancing philanthropic goals throughout the Southwest Region (Crawford, Grant, Iowa and Vernon counties). The Donor Services Rep will work toward the cultivation and stewardship of relationships with donors to secure necessary funds; provide analysis and financial reporting of major and mid-level donors; and provide direct management and advice to regionally assigned Community Fund and Excellence In Education Boards. Executive Assistant

Working under the direction of the President/CEO, this 16-hour/week position assists with the communications and programming functions of the Community Foundation, providing administrative support to the President and staff. Other duties include preparing correspondence, reports, contracts, scheduling, prepping and attending meetings, and more. For a more detailed job description, click here

Grants Assistant

The Grants Assistant provides support to the CFSW Director of Grants and Scholarships by assisting in database management and entry. This part-time position (up to 16 hours per week) performs a variety of clerical duties requiring independent analysis, judgment and knowledge of organization and departmental functions.  For more a detailed job description, click here.
