Donor Services Representatives

The Community Foundation of Southern Wisconsin is seeking dynamic, organized and relationship-driven individuals to work with various community fund boards, organizations and individual donors to cultivate, attract and manage charitable gifts and bequests while maintaining and enhancing the philanthropic goals of donors. Other responsibilities include assisting with meetings, grant requests, publicity/presentations, mailings, paperwork/fund agreements, database reporting and supporting the mission of CFSW.
Ideal individual will have bachelor’s degree and/or 3+ years in customer service, community service and/or nonprofit work; proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint); strong verbal & written communication skills; ability to cultivate and build relationships and network with individuals and organizations in two open regions (Rock & Walworth County region and Southwest WI region – Crawford/Iowa/Grant/Vernon Counties); ability to learn and educate others about policies and standards for funding agreements and utilizing the database/reporting tools; valid driver’s license and strong degree of accuracy and confidentiality. Must be willing to work flexible hours around the schedules of various community fund boards and events, but hours can be flexible for other duties.

Rock/Walworth CFSW office is located in Janesville, WI while Southwest Region office is located in Platteville, WI. Please specify which position you’re interested in when applying. Some local/regional travel is required.
