Donor Services Representative, Southeast Region
We are hiring a Donor Services Representative for the Southeast Region, covering Rock, Walworth, and southern Dane counties. This full-time role works directly with donors, professional advisors, and component fund boards to build relationships, manage charitable gifts, and support grantmaking across the region. Some regional travel and occasional evening or weekend hours are required. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.

Marketing & Communications Specialist
CFSW is hiring a full-time Marketing and Communications Specialist to produce the design, social media, and video work that carries the Foundation’s message to donors, advisory boards, and the communities we serve. The position is hybrid, based in the Janesville or Monroe office, and reports to the Director of Marketing and Communications. We’re looking for 2 to 3 years of experience in marketing, design, or communications, strong Canva skills, and someone who can turn a grant or scholarship outcome into a story worth sharing.
