Open to students from: Monroe High School, Monticello High School
Established to provide for post high school educational opportunities for graduating seniors from Monroe High School and Monticello High School who will be attending an accredited college, university or technical school.
There are 2 scholarships available – 1 for a student who intends to study nursing and 1 for a student who intends to study education/teaching. May be renewable up to 3 additional years for 4-year college/university or up to 1 additional year for 2-year college or technical school.ELIGIBILITY:• Student will be attending an accredited college, university or technical school
• Must have GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
• Must be intending to study either nursing or education/teaching
• Preference for financial need but is not a restriction
