About the Fund

The Blanchardville/Hollandale Area Fund is a permanent endowment created in 2007 to provide support for the people of Hollandale, Blanchardville, and the surrounding area. Each year the Fund gives back a portion of its earnings in the form of grants to qualified organizations serving the community.

The B/HAF is a component fund of the Community Foundation of Southern Wisconsin.

About our Grants

Once per year the advisory board awards grants to non-profit organizations, the local school district, and/or local government agencies providing charitable programs or projects serving the good of the community. Grants are presented at a ceremony in May.

  • Blanchardville EMS — new pagers for members of the department
  • GFWC Blanchardville Woman’s Club — Beautification of Blanchardville Main Street
  • Hollandale First Responders — Pulse Oximeter with adult sensor for patient monitoring
  • Seniors United for Nutrition — electric thermal bags and thermometers
  • Village of Blanchardville — digital radios for the Police Department
  • Village of Hollandale — Hollandale Village Monument Sign with Digital Display
  • Village of Hollandale — Hollandale Welcome Flags along three of the main roadways
