Get To Know Us

The Blanchardville/Hollandale Area Fund is a permanent endowment created in 2007 to provide support for the people of Hollandale, Blanchardville, and the surrounding area. Each year the Fund gives back a portion of its earnings in the form of grants to qualified organizations serving the community.

The B/HAF is a component fund of the Community Foundation of Southern Wisconsin.

Learn About Our Grants

Once per year the advisory board awards grants to non-profit organizations, the local school district, and/or local government agencies providing charitable programs or projects serving the good of the community. Grants are presented at a ceremony in May.

  • New Hope Lutheran Church, Hollandale, basement repair/reconstruction, $3,000
  • Pecatonica Educational Charitable Foundation, Grandview Summer Academy, $1,500
    Seniors United for Nutrition, Single door reach-in refrigerator, $1,000
  • Village of Blanchardville, Fence project safety caps, $1,000
  • Pecatonica Area School District, Softball field backstop and batting cage, $3,000
  • Pecatonica Area School District, Drone research & Community outreach, $550
