Scholarship Application Process

Listed below are all scholarships available to Fennimore High School students, sorted by application type.

Most scholarship funds have specific eligibility requirements established by the donor, such as enrollment at a particular high school or specialization in a particular field of study. Also, most scholarship funds base selection on financial need, academic performance, extracurricular activities, volunteer/community service, or other talents.

Available to students from: Argyle High School, Barneveld High School, Belmont High School, Benton High School, Black Hawk High School, Boscobel High School, Cassville High School, Cuba City High School, Darlington High School, Dodgeville High School, Fennimore High School, Highland High School, Iowa-Grant High School, Lancaster High School, Mineral Point High School, Platteville High School, Riverdale High School, Shullsburg High School, Southwestern High School
Eligibility: For students who will be attending an accredited college, university or technical school. Must have minimum 2.5 GPA.

Stephanie Giesen and Tilah Page Memorial Scholarship

Available to students from: Fennimore High School
Eligibility: For students who will be attending an accredited college, university or technical school. Must have at least a 3.0 GPA. Must be involved in athletics of any kind.

Sheri Rossing Fennimore Memorial Scholarship

Available to students from: Fennimore High School
Eligibility: For female students who will be attending an accredited college, university or technical school. Must have participated in athletics.

Richard J. Casper Scholarship II

Available to students from: Fennimore High School
Eligibility: For students who will be attending an accredited college or university full-time.

Richard J. Casper Scholarship I

Eligibility: For students who will be attending an accredited college or university full-time.

Ralph and Ima Levrud Scholarship

Plattner Scholarship Award

Eligibility: For students who will be attending an accredited University of Wisconsin System or Southwest Wisconsin Technical College in Fennimore, WI. Must volunteer in the community.

Nelda Mc Kinley Scholarship

Available to students from: Fennimore High School
Eligibility: For students who will be attending an accredited college, university or technical school full time. Must be pursuing a career in Nursing. Secondary preference for a student pursuing a career in any other health care field.

Marian K. and Leonard Carl Scholarship

Available to students from: Fennimore High School
Eligibility: For students who will be attending an accredited college, university or technical school.

Marguerite Kalile Scholarship

Available to students from: Fennimore High School
Eligibility: For students who will be attending an accredited college, university or technical school full time.

LaVern Croft Scholarship

Available to students from: Fennimore High School
Eligibility: For students who will be attending an accredited college, university or technical school. Preference for a student majoring in Agriculture, Ag Business or Business.

Larry and Carol Jeidy Scholarship

Available to students from: Fennimore High School
Eligibility: For students who will be attending an accredited college, university or technical school. Must volunteer in the community.

John and Rose Kalile Scholarship

Available to students from: Fennimore High School
Eligibility: For students who will be attending an accredited college or university. Top 20% ranking. Pursuing peer accreditation in a program or course of study of at least one year in length.

Jim & Laurie Whitish Family Scholarship

Available to students from: Fennimore High School
Eligibility: For students who will be attending an accredited college, university or technical school. Must demonstrate good citizenship and volunteer in the community.

H.D. Koenecke Award

Available to students from: Fennimore High School
Eligibility: For students who will be attending an accredited college, university or technical school. Preference for students majoring in Business.

Fennimore Vocational Agriculture Scholarship

Available to students from: Fennimore High School
Eligibility: For students who will be attending an accredited college, university, technical school or short course program majoring in Agriculture.

FCSF Scholarship

Available to students from: Fennimore High School
Eligibility: For students who will be attending an accredited college or university full-time.

Ernell F. Roethe Scholarship

Available to students from: Fennimore High School
Eligibility: For students who will be attending an accredited college, university or technical school full time.

Erna L. Briel Scholarship

Available to students from: Fennimore High School
Eligibility: For students who will be attending an accredited college or university. Must be pursuing a degree education with a preference for mathematics education or physical science education.

Elizabeth Cretney Brandemuehl Fennimore High School Music Scholarship

Available to students from: Fennimore High School
Eligibility: For students who will be attending an accredited college or university full time. Must be pursuing a 4 year degree in music. Secondary preference is for a music student who is pursuing a 4 year degree in any field.

Donita Hammond Memorial Scholarship

Available to students from: Fennimore High School
Eligibility: For students who will be attending an accredited college, university or technical school. Student should be involved in at least one extra-curricular activity for at least 2 years.

Dennis and Trudie Freymiller Scholarship

Available to students from: Fennimore High School
Eligibility: For students who will be attending an accredited college, university or technical school full time. Preference for students majoring in science, mathematics or agriculture. Must have a 2.5 GPA or higher on a 4.0 scale.

Bonnie Gene Gift Scholarship

Available to students from: Fennimore High School
Eligibility: For students who plan to attend the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.

Bonnie Gene Gift Education Scholarship

Available to students from: Fennimore High School
Eligibility: For students who plan to attend the University of Wisconsin-Platteville pursuing a degree in Education, with a preference of elementary education.

Allen L. Eck Scholarship

Available to students from: Fennimore High School
Eligibility: For students who will be attending an accredited college, university or technical school full time.

Albert Maso Scholarship

Available to students from: Fennimore High School
Eligibility: For students who will be attending an accredited college, university or technical school.

Doug & Janice Steinback Family Scholarship

Available to students from: Argyle High School, Barneveld High School, Belmont High School, Benton High School, Black Hawk High School, Boscobel High School, Cassville High School, Cuba City High School, Darlington High School, Dodgeville High School, Fennimore High School, Highland High School, Iowa-Grant High School, Ithaca High School, Lancaster High School, North Crawford High School, Platteville High School, Potosi High School, Prairie du Chien High School, Richland Center High School, Riverdale High School, Shullsburg High School, Southwestern High School, Weston High School
Eligibility: Established to assist students from Southwest Wisconsin (graduates of a Grant, Iowa, Lafayette, Crawford or Richland county high school) who intend to pursue a degree in the field of agriculture, life science, biology and/or chemistry. The applicant must have achieved a high school cumulative grade point average of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale). Preference may be given to students who also demonstrated involvement in community and school activities. Preference may be given to students with financial need.

Richard P. James Memorial Scholarship

Available to students from: Boscobel High School, Fennimore High School
Eligibility: For students pursuing a post-secondary education at an accredited college, university or technical school.
